Shipping Policy

Key information:

  • Order cutoff time: 12:00 CET
  • Order processing time: 1 to 2 days (Monday–Friday)
  • Shipment delivery time: 4 to 6 days (Monday–Friday)
  • Total delivery time: 5 to 8 business days
  • Free shipping on all orders within Poland

You will first receive a confirmation email containing a full summary of your order. Then we will start processing it, which usually takes 1 to 2 days (Monday–Friday). After the order is shipped, you will receive another email with tracking details. Shipment delivery usually takes 4 to 6 days (Monday–Friday) from the shipping date, with an estimated total delivery time of 5 to 8 business days from the order date.

Shipping costs and delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders. We deliver exclusively within Poland.

Delivery delays
You should receive your order within 5 to 8 business days. If your order does not arrive within this time, please wait an additional 3 days (Monday–Friday) before contacting us. If after this time the order still has not arrived, please contact us at support@florivadom.com, and we will handle the matter.

Shipping delays may occur during periods of high demand, holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances.

Order cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by email at support@florivadom.com. We will do our best to fulfill your request. However, please note that cancellation is only possible before the order is processed or shipped.

Damaged or incorrect products
Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product? We apologize for the situation, but don’t worry, we will take care of it. Please review our return and refund policy.
