Return procedure and deadlines

Return deadlines

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return products. After this period, we cannot accept returns.

Product requirements

Before shipping, please make sure that the product:

  • Unused
  • W in original packaging
  • Complete with all original tags

Please securely pack the product and send it back via a reliable courier company. We recommend choosing a registered shipment to avoid loss during transport.

Please note that the return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Order cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by email at support@florivadom.com. We will do our best to fulfill your request. However, please note that cancellation is only possible before the order is processed or shipped.

Damaged or incorrect products

If you received a damaged product or one different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@florivadom.com with a clear photo showing the issue. After verification, we will send the correct product or a replacement.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the funds will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed. No handling fee applies.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. Let us know which product you want to exchange for by sending a message to support@florivadom.com, and we will provide further instructions. All products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging to qualify for an exchange.
