Right of withdrawal from the contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with European Union consumer rights regulations.

Deadline

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you took possession of the goods or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods. In the case of an order consisting of multiple goods delivered separately, the period is counted from the day you received the last item.

How to withdraw from the contract

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by sending an email to support@florivadom.com. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Your statement should include at least: order number, purchase date, full name, and the product(s) to which the withdrawal relates.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision.

We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Returning the goods

Please return the goods promptly, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, as well as goods that after delivery have been inseparably mixed with other items or goods that by their nature are not suitable for return.
