Return Procedure and Deadlines

Return period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the ordered items. Returns sent after this period cannot be accepted.

To start the return process, contact us by email at support@florivadom.com. We will then send you detailed return instructions.

Product requirements
Before shipping, make sure the product is:

  • Unused
  • In the original packaging
  • Complete, with all original tags

Pack the product carefully and send it via a trusted carrier. We recommend using registered shipping to avoid loss during transport. Please remember that the cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, contact us immediately by email at support@florivadom.com. We will do our best to fulfill your request. Please note that cancellation is only possible before the order is processed or shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged product or a product different from what you ordered, contact us at support@florivadom.com and include a clear photo of the issue. After verification, we will send you the correct or replacement product.

Refund

As soon as we receive and inspect the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that processing the refund may take up to 7 days. We do not charge any handling fees.

Exchange

Want to exchange an item? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and inform us at support@florivadom.com which item you want to exchange it for. We will send you further instructions. All items must be unused, in the original packaging, and with original tags to qualify for exchange.
